If you've read my past reviews of Lynsay Sands, you'd know I really enjoy her books. They are a light read, with both action, horror and lots of great romance. So this was a case of liking Samantha and Mortimer together but finding the main story a little underwhelming. The Rogue Hunter is only the second Lynsay Sands novel I've read and after enjoying the first (Love Bites) I was a little disappointed with this one.Granted it's been a while since I've read Love Bites but Sands' writing style seems competely different in The Rogue Hunter; not as straight forward and almost completely devoid of any humour (though I fear it wasn't for lack of trying).
