Really beautiful words and sooo sooo insane yikes. I think I get it, and have read other people say it is an explanation of Jeffers' Inhumanism philosophy. The message I got out of it was: everyone should unashamedly bang each other if the other is cool with it; we are our own desert/sand on top of sand and life/time is the want-less, arbitrary wind; everything human an inhuman strains outward or inward in various ways; I have no idea what it's like to be a woman in this world; and you do not want death when you are dead because you are dead? The Notes after the poem are great and are a great explanation of his message.
