I used this set before with French and Italian and have reaped excellent results. The copy I am using has very few errors in the exercises, sad and annoyed to say. definitely a good way to refresh already learned things. I don't think this book would have helped me, if I'd never seen any Spanish before tho. I also think that some things aren't modern enough anymore. still a good way of learning.
