Rendition To Books Three (Article 5 #3)

Ember Miller and Chase Jennings are ready to stop running. After weeks spent in hiding as two of the Bureau of Reformation’s most wanted criminals, they have finally arrived at the safe house, where they hope to live a safe and quiet existence.

And all that’s left is smoking ruins.

Devastated by the demolition of their last hope, Ember and Chase follow the only thing left to them—tracks leading away from the wreckage. The only sign that there may have been survivors.

With their high profile, they know they can’t stay out in the open for long. They take shelter in the wilderness and amidst the ruins of abandoned cities as they follow the tracks down the coast, eventually finding refugees from the destroyed safe house. Among them is someone from Chase’s past—someone he never thought he’d see again.

Banding together, they search for a place to hide, aiming for a settlement a few of them have heard about…a settlement that is rumored to house the nebulous organization known as Three. The very group that has provided Ember with a tiny ray of hope ever since she was first forced on the run.

Three is responsible for the huge network of underground safe houses and resistance groups across the country. And they may offer Ember her only chance at telling the world her story.

At fighting back.

Crit About Books Three (Article 5 #3)
3.5 heartsEverything was wrapped up in a nice little package. I shouldn't be upset with the ending, I'm not really but there are some unanswered questions. Also, things got a little too predictable. Not all of it, but a good majority. This doesn't help things. The pacing in this book is slower. The action does pick up but its deep. The more I read YA series like these I'm reminded how authors could really consolidate a good portion of these books. The cast in this series is certainly not my

Well last night I finally finished this trilogy of books and after liking but not totally loving the last one, I can happily say that I did love how this wrapped up.I dont like to reveal too much of the plot as you are going to read the book!, but I can say there are lots of deaths, people who aren't who they seem to be, faces from the past and most importantly Ember and Chases love story continues alongside nicely.I am a huge fan of dystopian fiction and this series had not disappointed, the

I CAN'T WAIT! YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME! IM WAITING FOR TOO MANY BOOKS RIGHT NOW AND I SWEAR I WILL GO MORE INSANE THEN I ALREADY AM IF I HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG!

Great YA dystopian series! I seriously loved the world that Kristen Simmons created. This is a dystopian world that somehow feels more "real" and I think that is why this series resonated with me. Goodreads is not the place for politics, but I can draw some parallels between this fictional world and what is going on in the current world. I think that is why I liked this book as much as I did. I also loved how the author handled things like war and deception. One of my biggest pet peeves in real

Im pissed off at this series sense book one. Why, oh, why did I read all 3 of them? Don't ask me, I dont know! The plot and its twist were way to naïve for the audience it was intended and the subject it covered. And before you go on and attack me saying Im too old for this book, Ill tell you Ive read plenty of books in this genre that had insightful and original plots and not at all stupid. This whole series would've made much more sense if it was placed in the universe inhabited and ruled by

This year seems to be the year all of my favorite YA series are ending. There's always that feeling of sadness that overcomes me when I have to say goodbye to characters that I've grown attached to over the years. Ah the problems that we book nerds face! While I was full of grief while finishing Three, I was also completely satisfied because Kristen Simmons gave me a series that will remain engraved in my mind probably for the rest of my life.I'm never really sure what to write in my reviews for
